We would like to give a massive thanks to Lucy for such attention to detail on our holiday. We had the absolute best time the hotel was outstanding, the food was such good quality. The location was just what we asked for and needed. Lucy sorted everything for us, checking us in, and was so attentive throughout the process and the holiday. Lucy contacted us before we left, text us during our stay to check all was ok, and reassured us that if there were any problems she would be at hand to help! Lucy has worked hard to source and book a Norwegian fjords cruise for us in April 2026. We would usually book ourselves but needed expect advice and guidance to secure us both a standard balcony and accessible balcony. Lucy managed to find us a cruise that word both on location and availability of rooms. We are very much looking forward to the trip.
Lucy has also planned out a bucket list trip to India, which we have put in hold
For 12 months but will be hopefully booking for 2027

Lucy has arranged 3 holidays for us (so far - Ibiza, Egypt and Florida). I thought I was an expert at finding holidays myself, and you still can be if you like doing your own research and finding the hotels/resorts that you want. Then go and see what Lucy can get it for. My husband and son have just returned from a golf holiday in Spain organised by Lucy, who dealt with our holiday criteria brilliantly. The holiday was exactly what they wanted, everything worked seamlessly with no stress or hassle - Lucy had taken care of every detail, from airport pick ups to transfers to golf courses, buggies and even tee times. Lovely hotel in a great area - near beach, bars and restaurants with own rooftop pool. We would highly recommend Lucy and will be booking with her again.
